Located in the heart of Lausanne and open to the general public, the Montchoisi centre for physical and cognitive therapies has a qualified therapeutic team specialising in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, neuropsychology, speech therapy and osteopathy.
Our therapeutic teams guarantee you the highest quality of expertise and personalised care, in fully refurbished premises.
The centre's therapists work in close collaboration with the medical teams at the Clinique de Montchoisi.

The Montchoisi centre for physical and cognitive therapies is located in the heart of Lausanne, just a few minutes from the SBB station and 500 metres from the Clinique de Montchoisi. The building is on one level and easily accessible for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
All patients over the age of 16, regardless of their insurance coverage, can benefit from treatment at the centre (including basic KVG/LAMAL, accident insurance LAA/LAA, international insurance).
The Montchoisi centre for physical and cognitive therapies is open from 08:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

As well as saving you time, this approach has the advantage of being closer to you, ensuring that the care you receive is adapted to your environment.
This service is available to all patients living in Lausanne and the surrounding area, with a physiotherapy or occupational therapy prescription specifying "at home".

Our teams offer pre-operative therapeutic education sessions in a group setting, prior to the insertion of a total hip replacement or a total knee replacement. Prepare yourself for your operation and for post-operative follow-up.
Course of the session
This group session for 3 to 5 people lasts one hour and takes place at our Centre de thérapies physiques et cognitives de Montchoisi.
It is led by a team of professionals consisting of a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist.
Session timetable
Total knee replacement therapeutic education session: Thursday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Total hip replacement therapeutic education session: Friday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Participation conditions
To take part in a session, please bring a prescription for a physiotherapy session and a prescription for an occupational therapy session.
